POLICY

PLEASE Read and Review entire policy before booking

*I want to ensure my schedule is accurate as possible for CLIENT BOOKING. Also to ensure every client is getting the HIGHEST QUALITY of service with out interruption or delay

*When a client cancels or fails to show up I can not offer this time to someone else, which is unfair to clients. To fix this, I MUST adhere to my POLICY and ask that everyone else does as well.

*BOOKING DEPOSIT  

a LINK will be SENT to you AFTER you book, and confirm.

$30 BOOKING DEPOSIT is REQUIRED for ALL CLIENTS!

NO EXCEPTIONS!!

By PAYING BOOKING DEPOSIT YOU HAVE AGREED TO ALL POLICY TERMS. 

Deposit will be applied towards your service. Non refundable & Non transferable

(please allow a $3 processing fee)

I will TEXT you the following steps to CONFIRM

 AFTER YOUR CONFORMATION a DEPOSIT LINK will be sent. 

*CANCELLATIONS If appointment is cancelled LESS than 24 hours you will forfeit your $30 Deposit. After 2 cancellations, Walk-In status ONLY 

*NO CALL/NO SHOW If you do not call or do not show up to your scheduled appointment. You will be charged a $100% NO CALL/NO SHOW FEE, which must be paid before booking another appointment. After 1 no call/no show Walk-In status ONLY. You will NOT be allowed to REBOOK.  

*LATE FEE If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you may have to reschedule. You will be charged a $30 cancellation fee, which must be paid before booking another service. After 2nd Tardy Walk-In status ONLY.

This is to ensure all clients appointment times are not interrupted or moved. 

*LATE FEE (Client Accepted) If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and a decision is made to still service you, $15-$30 fee will be added to your service ticket. Will NOT SERVICE past 30 minutes late! if you are past 30 mins late a $35 Late fee must be paid before rescheduling.

After 2nd Tardy Walk-In status ONLY.

*FOREIGN FILL Nails that were not done by me, which may require restructuring, reshaping, thinning/thickening of the nails and/or all around repairing. Depending on the level of repairs there will be a $25-$50 charge added to your service ticket.

* I take pride in my work, and want to ensure you receive the HIGHEST QUALITY of Service.

Please book a FOREIGN FILL if Nails being serviced were not done by me.

*NAILS OVERDUE Fills past 3 weeks a $5 PER WEEK FEE will be added to your service ticket. when booking if you need an old set removed please BOOK FULL SET of choice and SOAK OFF/NAIL REMOVAL.

*iBOOK Online booking is for the convenience of you and I. If it is insisted that I book your appointment outside of working hours there will be a $10 inconvenience fee charged.
